L’Alchimista della Materia Romano da sette generazioni, Roberto Lalli incarna lo spirito di una città millenaria fatta di strati, calce e memorie.
La sua arte non nasce sul cavalletto, ma in un corpo a corpo con la materia: una lotta poetica dove il fuoco, la cera e il legno si fondono per dare vita a
visioni ancestrali.
Definito “Artifex” per la sua straordinaria capacità manipolatoria, Lalli recupera l’antico sapere delle botteghe artigiane e lo trasforma in un linguaggio contemporaneo bruciante.
I suoi grigi profondi, i marroni della terra e i neri antracite non sono semplici colori, ma sedimentazioni dell’anima.
Ogni opera è una “mezza scultura” che emerge dalla tela, un collage di texture e stoffe che chiede di essere sfiorato, oltre che guardato.
In un’epoca di immagini digitali effimere, il lavoro di Lalli ci riporta alla verità del tatto, alla sacralità della calce e alla forza del segno che resiste al tempo.

2025 Palma de Mallorca (Spain): Exhibition of eight selected works at “The Galerie”. A constant presence in the beating heart of Balearic contemporary art, consolidating his success in the international Mediterranean market.
2024 Denmark: Exhibition at the “Det er Kunsten” gallery. A profound encounter between Roman material aesthetics and refined Nordic collecting.
2023 Chiang Mai (Thailand): Interior art project for the prestigious luxury villa “The Sanctum”. The artist curated the installation with twelve monumental works, acquired in their entirety for the property’s private collection. An extraordinary example
